So, in order to remove these chemicals from our lives, I decided to implement the Quick Mister we had on hand. We thew away all of our PAM spray and now use our Quick Mister with Extra Virgin Olive Oil instead! This is a quick and easy way to eat a little healthier and live a little greener. It will also help you create less waste for the environment and that is always a good thing!

To Spray or Not to Spray

I'm weary of anything branded "natural" made by big conglomerates.
Nice! We stopped using the sprays too because I absolutely hate the fumes that come from the can.
