I just cant get enough. I need an intervention.

WOW

I gave up smoking.
I gave up meat
I gave up soda
I started working out
I started eating only healthy foods
I portion my meals out

and...

It has all paid off for me finally!!

Since I was around 21 and miserable from my first marriage...I've weighed in the 140's. I know, that's not overweight, but being 120 or so my whole life, putting on that weight made me very uncomfortable with myself.

I've weighed myself daily since I started working out and FINALLY, the other day, I weighed in at 129!!!!! I wanted to be 130. And I made it past that! The next day I weighed 125!!!! OMG. Probably not good to fluctuate. I hadn't really eaten that day, and then the next day I weighed 129 again. Water weight gain and loss? maybe.

I'm just so happy!! I need to keep up the working out and eating healthy. In all honesty, I don't care what the number is, I always try to go by how my clothes feel and wow, I've been fitting into things again and I'm not uncomfortable in my clothes. But I just had to brag because it's been 10 years since I've been in the 120's!!

Lucky girl!

What a lucky girl I am! I got the mail yesterday and found this wonderful surprise from knit-whit! Did you make this? It's the cutest pouch and my favorite colors!!! The minute I opened it..I knew what I was going to use it for. Not sure if you had something else in mind, but it's perfect for what I used it for!!


I stopped drinking soda a few months ago and replaced it with Crystal Light on the go packets. I've lost tons of weight doing it, but I had Crystal Light packets all over my purse because I carry them with me every where. Well...they fit perfectly in the pouch!!

As you can see here, they are the exact height of the pouch and now I have a safe, and super cute place to keep them!!
